Ronni and Amos Eisenberg

Ronni and Amos Eisenberg have been creating mosaics for more than 25 years, transforming broken and discarded materials into vibrant works of art. What began with a beginner class using repurposed china plates has evolved into a distinctive body of work made from hundreds of shattered plates, tiles, shells, stones, vintage jewelry, and cherished family heirlooms.

Their mosaics range from functional objects—frames, mirrors, tables, chairs, and hanging bud vases—to whimsical decorative pieces such as teapots, shoes, and fish. Each work celebrates color, texture, and the beauty that can emerge from fragments.

Before focusing on mosaics, Ronni and Amos built careers in the textile and real estate industries, where collaboration, design, and attention to detail were central to their work. Those years of working with color, pattern, and creative teams continue to shape their artistic process today. Their work is also inspired by nature, world travel, and ongoing study with accomplished mosaic artists.

Sustainability is an essential part of their practice. By repurposing materials that might otherwise be discarded, they give new life to everyday objects, creating pieces that are both meaningful and enduring.

Their mosaics have been exhibited at Open Studios in Needham, Natick, and Newton; Fuller Craft Museum; 450 Harrison Avenue Gallery at SoWa; Repurposed in Provincetown; their studio at Mother Brook in Dedham; and various galleries and retail spaces throughout the region. They enjoy connecting with viewers who are curious about the process and stories behind each piece.
