Please walk from the sidewalk to the exhibit space to actively confirm these requirements before checking them off – there may be a small step along the way that you’ve become accustomed to and don’t think about. New-model motorized wheelchairs will be too heavy to hop over it.

Images must be jpegs.

File must be 2 MB or less in size. Oversize files are the most common cause of Registration failure.
Horizontal images should be about 1200 pixels wide. Vertical images should be about 900 pixels high.

Crop Photos of 2-D art so that only the artwork shows (no frames, easels, etc.).

NOS reserves the right to reject any images it deems inappropriate for the website.

Featured image (which is the thumbnail image on the homepage) will need to be added again in the Gallery image upload if you want it on your Artist Page.

Refunds of 1/2 of fees paid will be made until the “Early Registration” deadline. No refunds after that point.

I give NOS permission to use images I submit for the NOS website and publicity. NOS reserves the right to reject any text or image it deems inappropriate for the web site.

I am responsible for insurance coverage for property, artwork, visitor injury, liability, etc. I shall indemnify and hold harmless NOS and the owner of the host location (if applicable) for any and all claims of injury or other damage caused to my artwork or to the premises.

Team Leader: Sandwich Board prep, placement, and collection
Sandwich Board Prep team – make small repairs, add new date patches
Sandwich Board placement and collection team boards will be prepped and placed on approximately March 30, and collected on May 1.
Social Media Marketing Team – social media experts in twitter, Instagram, facebook, etc.
Graphic Design Team – work on graphic design for ads, flyers, posters, etc.
General Help – Available on an ad hoc basis
